ROYAL DUTCH/SHELL Group has agreed to sell a network of 111 retail stations and 30 distribution depots in the Caribbean to the Sol Group, the Anglo- Dutch oil giant said yesterday.

Shell did not give any financial details of the agreement, but it is believed to be worth $200m (pounds 107m). Sol will continue to use the Shell brand name, the group said. Sol is an affiliate of Interamericana Trading Corp.
